This workbook is a project so close to my heart. Out of my own experience of recovering from a mental health crisis, I wanted to put together something to help guide others that may have experienced something hard as well. Building off six steps, this workbook helps promote discovery, make changes, inform, and build courage and resiliency. It's everything I hoped I had when I needed it and everything I hope to give to others when they need it.
**PLEASE NOTE that this workbook, and coaching by itself, are not meant to replace therapy or other mental health care needed by professions. It is simply to help with self-reflection and to promote resiliency.
