
Like many other women, I encountered postpartum anxiety after the birth of my second child. I didn't know what it was at the time... and I wish I had... but it began my journey with anxiety in my adult years. Postpartum anxiety can be experienced during pregnancy, immediately following delivery, or show up one year afterward! Peace in Pregnancy: A Mental Wellness Journey was born after learning more about postpartum anxiety and wanting to help other women. Workbook 1 is geared toward the pregnancy stages from the first week up to delivery. It navigates you through feelings, thoughts, and goals. It also provides an opportunity to create a mental health plan to help you navigate when those hard days come during this precious season of life.
